Recovery is important in the success of whatever surgery. Seniors who do not fully recover may be readmitted to the hospital. Studies show that 1 in every 5 elderly patients get re-admitted to the hospital after a month of leaving. We offer Post Hospital Care services both for seniors and recently-hospitalized persons. Our care providers will offer their assistance from the moment the patient is discharged from the hospital until they fully recover. This will make the recovery process easier both for the patient and their loved ones. Our goal for Post Hospital Care is to avoid readmission and to speed up recovery.
